Stretching - Pilates

You feel pain and stiffness in your body, or just want to relax after work? Each Monday and Wednesday is the right time. From 18:00 to 19:00, you are all welcome to exercise together with me - Dessi!
The method „pilates“ is a type of gymnastics that develops the body flexibility, increases the muscle tone, controls stress, and maintains the good mood. Exercises are performed slowly, with a special attention to breathing and concentration.
Additional info about me:
I used to work as a sports animator and entertainer in Greece for 2 years – doing stretching/Pilates and water aerobics.
I can show you how to start taking a better care of your body, and feel better about yourself - just face the challenge!
