The taught yoga style is based on the Ashtanga Vinyasa system, which is in continuity with Sri K. Patabhi Joyce.

By bringing together and concentrating on three simple things - breathing, posture and peering - we reach the heart of Ashtanga yoga.

Ashtanga Yoga is not only a series of physical exercise, but also a technique for body awareness, for awakening of the intelligence deeply in the center of the human being and the achievement of inner peace.

Practicing yoga leads to improved health, reducing stress and a happier, more relaxed mind.

Unexpected benefits can be expected.

Recommendations for practitioners:

  • do not eat at least 2 hours before practice;
  • wear comfortable clothing to ensure comfortable movement of the body;
  • wear your own yoga mat if you do not want to use the available in the room;
  • wear outerwear and socks you may need during relaxation;
  • wear a small towel, you may need it if you sweat.
