Pilates for beginners

Pilates for beginners is the new class in Kraftmagnet. Every Wednesday and Friday you have the opportunity to take care of yourself, in the class of our smiling instructor, Gery!

The Pilates method is a balance between flexibility and strength. Pilates looks at the body as a whole, does not isolate a group of muscles, and does not only work on a particular area, as is typical of fitness systems, for example. The goal is to achieve a balance between flexibility and strength, balance, improving blood circulation, relieving stress, increasing endurance, and also helping us develop stronger and more tighter muscles.

Pilates is quite routine, but still airy. Simultaneously - complex and simple!

Exercises are small, isolated movements and repeat in combination. Usually they are performed on the back, on the stomach or laterally. The purpose of the exercises is to focus on the spine straightening. In this way we gain complete control over our own movements.

Everyone who'd like to learn more about our services and facilities at the sports centre is entitled to take a free test training at KRAFTMAGNET. You'd need to turn up at the sports centre and ask our instructors to help you fill in a request form.
