Pilates for advanced is another refreshing class in Kraftmagnet.
Every Monday and Thursday, you have the opportunity to tone your body in the classes of our instructor Gery!

As you know, the Pilates method is a balance between flexibility and strength. Examines the body as a whole, does not isolate a group of muscles and does not only work on a particular area, as is typical for fitness systems, for example. In advanced classes, we strive to achieve a balance between flexibility and strength, balance, improving blood circulation, relieving stress, increasing endurance, and maintaining stronger and more tighter muscles.

Pilates is a routine, but still very airy. At the same time - complex and simple!

Exercises are small, isolated movements and repeat in combination. Usually they are performed lying on your back, on your stomach or on one of the sides. The purpose of the exercises is to focus on the spine straightening. In this way we gain complete control over our own movements.
