We are starting with a new workout with the Tabata method, leaded by our inspiring instructor - Radostina.

Every Tuesday and Thursday at 6 PM you will be able to work on your body effectively but at your own pace. By working with your own body and body weight, performing different and various exercises, you can refresh and tone up and at the same time, shook off the work day.
